For all custom design inquiries please give us a feel for what you like and if possible include images of pieces that inspire you. We do not make reproductions of other artist’s work, but the more info you provide, the better we can customize your one of a kind piece. There are so many styles out there it is nice to know what speaks you each client on a personal level.

If you would like us to repurpose stones or metals, include these in images as well so we can get an understanding of what we will be working with for your new creation. We are more than happy to recycle gold or silver and family gemstones into your new design.

Please note, we cannot provide a firm quote on designs using your repurposed materials until they have been shipped to us or an accurate weight in grams is provided in your design email. A loose quote can be provided to you initially and a guaranteed price will be given once we are able to inspect you materials in person. All other designs in which we are providing materials can be quoted quickly with guaranteed, accurate pricing.

All custom designs will require a 50% deposit to begin work and the remaining balance is due before we ship the finished piece. Throughout the design process we will provide images of the progress, either the handmade jewelry or pictures of hand carved waxes for your approval so you get that perfect piece and modification can be made to your design.

NOTE: Once you have approved the images of your new design you have agreed that you are satisfied with our work provided. Once custom jewelry is cast, set, and finished there are no further options for modification or changes. At this point final payment will be billed and all sales are final. Please be sure to review all progress photos completely, ask questions and request more images if needed.
